Additional New Features of PACSHealth™ 2.0:

• Email Notification – PACSHealth™ will now send email alerts to a user-configurable email address upon reaching thresholds of key system events. Example: The Archive Queue has more than 25 pending jobs. PACSHealth™ sends an email alert at each level of escalation (25, 50, 100 pending archive jobs) to the selected user. Once the condition is cleared, alerts reset. This function is available on select events only with more being added frequently.
• PACSHealthScore™ – New functionality that calculates the system's overall health. The PACSHealthScore™ is based on weighted contributions from system caused anomalies and user caused anomalies on a scale between 0 and 1000. Daily updates of the PACSHealthScore™ with PACSHealth’s standard trending graph will help sites determine their overall progress towards a more efficient and accurate PACS.
• Three Tier Security Access- PACSHealth™ now incorporates multi-level security access based on role.
• PACSHealth™ Users: Access to all reports except restricted (R)
• Restricted Users: Access to all reports, including restricted (R)
• Super Users: Access to all reports including restricted (R) and the PACSHealth™ Configuration screens
• Regional Date/Time Support – Regional configurations for end user / site location settings are now supported in PACSHealth™ and Internet Explorer. Multi-language support is coming soon.
